The event ideology started 8 years ago when Chris Cumby moved to Santa Rosa Beach and saw the tremendous amount of growth at that time and the amount of new entrepreneurs that have been coming into this area.

There was a problem though, and that was the lack of business community outside of traditional chambers and business networks, and everyone had to fly out of town for any type of entrepreneur, marketing, sales and/or mindset & personal development events. This area didn’t provide a real outlet for true world class training and workshop style learning and has been mainly focused on wine, food, spirits, music, and art festivals and events.

Born from this lack is now what Chris Josten and Christopher Cumby are creating for entrepreneurs along the Emerald Coast ~ a true way to Level Up!
