As a servant leader, his focus has always been finding ways to help others by empowering them to step into their POWER to find freedom in life through Entrepreneurship and Personal Development.
His mission is to share a message of hope and his story of triumph, overcoming the challenges he faced in his life from being a felon and overcoming addiction. Simply put he started the brand of Mr. Carpe Diem (#MrCarpeDiem) to inspire others through his story to take massive action in all areas of their lives.
Recently, Damien was invited to speak on Sean Whalen’s Lions Den Live event in Utah in 2022 and has been featured in The Washington Post, Success from Home Magazine twice, Prosper Magazine, CBS Eye on America, Canadian National News (CTV) because of his success as an Entrepreneur and his huge heart to make his “Power Of One” Impact daily.
Damien is also one of the Co-founders of the world renowned volunteer group, “Cajun Navy Relief”. He sparked the Cajun Navy Movement in 2016 during the devastating flooding in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has personally responded to Hurricane Harvey in Houston, Texas and Hurricanes Matthew, Michael, Florence and Sally. To date the Cajun Navy Relief has rescued tens of thousands of people and returned them to safe ground. Cajun Navy was subsequently mentioned during the 2017 State Of the Union Address by President Donald J Trump as “American Hero’s”.
