Peter is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of success in multiple sectors and disciplines. He has been a C-Level executive within public and private sectors for more than 20 years with vast corporate governance and capital markets expertise having extensive experience building startups, working from inception to liquidity. Peter has led four of his own companies to successful exits. Some of the companies he has been a founding partner of include: publicly traded Licensed Producer Newstrike Brands (TSX:HIP.V – now Hexo Corp.), donor acquisition and analytics provider Globalfaces Direct, asset-based financing firm Easylease Corp., energy solutions and retrofit provider EnWise Holdings, and RDHR Holdings, parent company to hospitality franchisor Extreme Pita.
