Eric Navarre

Eric J. Navarre is an accomplished banking executive with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, financial management, and market development. As the Emerald Coast Market President for Renasant Bank, he established the bank’s first presence in the Florida Panhandle in 2019, significantly expanding the loan portfolio and operations with multiple retail locations. Before joining Renasant, Eric held senior leadership positions at Trustmark National Bank, where he managed commercial lending teams and oversaw substantial portfolios across the Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay County markets. He holds an MBA in Finance from Millsaps College and a graduate banking degree from Louisiana State University.

Eric has a long history of community involvement and currently serves on the boards of the Destin Chamber of Commerce and the Northwest Florida State College Foundation. His past board service includes leadership roles with Emerald Coast United (President, 2023–2024), the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation (Chairman, 2016), the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, and FC Dallas Emerald Coast.

Eric has lived in Niceville, Florida, for over 20 years with his wife, Erika, and their two children, Mia and Evan.
