Donna Rinck

Donna Rinck is a licensed attorney in Florida and North Carolina. She is the founding manager of Rinck Law Office, PLLC, and also serves as a Fractional General Counsel for an AI Development Company. In both roles, she focuses on technology law, AI governance and risk assessments, AI literacy, and privacy compliance.

Donna holds an IAPP AI Governance Professional Certification, is a Certified Information Privacy Professional United States (CIPP/US), and has certifications from Copenhagen Compliance as a Chief AI Officer, Data Privacy Officer, and GDPR certified professional. She serves on the Florida Bar Business Law Section Digital Asset Committee as the CLE Chair.  She is a member of the Committee’s AI Study Group and the Stablecoin and Bitcoin Reserve Study Group. Previously, she was an inaugural member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Privacy Committee.
