Bekah Wagner believes everything is deeply connected — our homes, our health, our planet, and each other. For too long, society has operated from scarcity and fear; Bekah is committed to leading from abundance and love. Her work as a wellness real estate advisor, future-focused visionary, and conscious consultant goes far beyond selling property — it is about redefining what we build for and why.

As the only GREEN Designated Realtor in her region with Corcoran Reverie, Bekah helps clients discover homes that support their health, values, and long-term vision. She is the youngest President and one of only three female Presidents in the history of the Rotary Club of Destin, a United Way 40 Under 40 award recipient, a board member of Angel Force Foundation, and previously served as Secretary of Trees on the Coast, where she championed ecological restoration and community engagement.

Bekah co-founded THEIA Development to cultivate thriving, climate-resilient communities where nature is honored, homes support true wellbeing, and people experience belonging. Her passion lies in modeling what’s possible when climate-adaptive architecture, sustainable infrastructure, and wellness-driven design come together. For Bekah, this work is about more than housing — it is about restoring safety, dignity, and interconnectedness, especially in communities vulnerable to climate disruption.
