Josh Lyons
Josh Lyons loves entrepreneurs. He has set a bold goal: to mentor 8,000 business owners this year. He helps leaders build businesses that are purposeful, sustainable, and aligned with values that last. Josh often partners with professionals who already serve entrepreneurs. Together they create a win-win-win: for the partner, for Josh, and for the entrepreneurs they serve.
Josh’s professional mission is deeply connected to his personal life. He and his wife Amanda are raising three daughters: Adeline (6), Felicity (3), and Belle (6 months). Their family also includes Honey, a nine-year-old golden retriever. Josh treasures the small moments that create lasting memories. He enjoys rainy walks with his girls, jumping in puddles, kayaking, and exploring local coffee shops and restaurants. Each evening, he and the girls spend about twenty minutes watching science fiction or fantasy together. They are now in season three of The Mandalorian after working through all ten Star Wars movies. When Josh recently asked what to do next, after Star Wars is finished, the girls said, “Watch it all again so we make sure we don’t forget anything!”
When it comes to entrepreneurs, Josh is known for making complex ideas clear and for providing structure where others feel scattered. His approach is relational and supportive. He does not stand above entrepreneurs but walks with them, guiding step by step as they grow businesses that endure. He mentors at scale through The Steward’s Ecosystem, a platform he built to provide others what he couldn’t find when he started his first business in 2015. Since he could not find a mentor at that time, he created the resource he wished he had; a place where today’s entrepreneurs can find guidance, tools, and receive curated connections to likeminded professionals.
For Josh, true success is not found in revenue. It is measured by the impact a leader leaves and the quality of the relationships they build along the way. He believes every leader should live a life of lasting significance. What matters most is that those closest to them can say they are proud of how that leader loved others, including their family, their buyers, their community, and God. If you serve entrepreneurs and share his vision, connect with Josh and explore the possibility of collaboration.
