Wilson and Nicole are passionate entrepreneurs who began their journey together in Minnesota. Since 2013, they have owned and operated a non-emergency medical transportation company specializing in serving children with autism and individuals with disabilities—a business that reflects their deep commitment to care, service, and community.
Their entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. Today, they proudly own and operate six businesses, all rooted in a shared vision of building generational wealth and creating a lasting legacy for their three beautiful daughters, two grandsons, and future grandchildren. Family is the heart of everything they do, and it drives their mission to help others achieve success alongside them.
In 2019, Wilson and Nicole discovered the world of short-term rental (STR) investing. Captivated by the white sugar sands and Caribbean-like waters of Florida’s Emerald Coast, they purchased their first STR property in Destin, FL. This marked the beginning of their real estate journey along the Florida Panhandle and Alabama Gulf Coast.
As licensed Realtors in Minnesota, Florida, and Alabama with the Heavenly Shores Group, they specialize in helping STR investors find and build thriving vacation rental businesses. But their love for real estate goes far beyond just investments. Whether it’s working with first-time homebuyers to find that “just right” home, or helping families relocating for a fresh start, Wilson and Nicole bring heart, knowledge, and dedication to every real estate journey. They truly enjoy every part of the process—from handing over keys to welcoming new neighbors.
Their work in the STR space revealed a need for deeper support, leading them to launch Heavenly Shores Vacation Rentals, a co-hosting and property management company. Not long after, they founded STR Solutions, a full-service company that guides investors through sourcing, furnishing, launching, and managing vacation rentals with confidence.
Wilson and Nicole thrive on helping others grow. Their collaborative, “let’s do this together and be amazing at it” mindset has earned the trust and respect of clients and partners alike. Their greatest fulfillment comes not only from their own success, but from empowering others to achieve their dreams.
Though working with your spouse can have its challenges, Wilson and Nicole have discovered that when you love what you do and who you do it with, it’s not really work. They enjoy traveling, connecting with other entrepreneurs, and staying at the forefront of innovation in the STR and real estate industries. For them, it’s all about building strong relationships, uplifting others, and creating a future that families can be proud of.
